Biography

With two decades of experience and over ten with the international accounting firm KPMG LLP, Darrell is a tax and advisory Managing Partner with Graham & Jones PLLC.  Darrell is known for his work with family offices and closely-held businesses, their high net-worth individual owners, family partnerships, and trusts.  He has extensive experience in the oil and gas, real estate, healthcare, and financial services industries.

Darrell assists his clients with business formation, merger/acquisition, and reorganization and structural planning, as well as traditional tax services such as federal and state tax compliance and tax and financial planning.

 

Darrell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting with an emphasis on taxation from Texas A&M University.
